Blackmore would never have done this gig, he didn't like playing with orchestra's, he didn't really want to do the original concerto thing back in 1969..but the band persuaded him..also he was not and probaly still isn't , on speaking terms with Gillan when this gig was played, so the chanches of him being there were NIl..also, Steve MORRIS(NOT MORSE) played guitar for Ian Gillan when Gillan did concerts with his own band, that's why he was asked to do this...check your facts guitaristchileno.

I played SOTW years ago on the organ with a sax arrangement. This is so awesome to see them with my arrangement lol. Full bodied sound, both with the orchestra and the vocals. Dio forgot some words, probably was thinking of War Pigs. Stop picking on Morse, loved Blackmore but wonder if he could have played with Kansas.
