I like this performance from her A LOT! She has a very special voice, loved the arrangement, she sang well, and she poured emotion in there and as others have said really connected with the audience :P Heard Kris Allen's version and it was boring (couldn't find anything special in his voice either) .. this one's hell better! :D

The kid just sang it on tonight's show, which just seems taboo. Nobody will do this song better than Christina did that night. That one performance was good enough to win right then and there.

she has too much vibrato in her voice... kris allens version is 1000000xxxx better in my opinion. it just comes down to personal preference.. and i personally think Kris Allen's performance is the best version of this song, ever.

Kris Allen's version was deff. not better. im a fan of his but his lacked the emotional connect you get from this video and this performance.

I don't agree that Kris' version had no "emotional connection", in fact, it worked precisely because it had that.

However, I think this is a very good version. I think she infused it with, for lack of a better word, sexiness. :) I still liked Kris' version better though.
