Your talking rubbish .....Yes a lesson will teach you the right technique but it will not make you a better player you will only get this by hitting 1000s of tennis balls during practice who do you think will improve the most the person who takes 30x 1 hr lessons or the person who goes out and hits many 1000s of balls repeating over and over again developing the shot untill they get it right. I have used the practice hit and think that it was great. Go out hit many balls and you will improve

its the best 40 dollars i ever spent, and asians are usually smart, they are actually on a court where they should be playing tennis i use my practice hit in my basement and garage
