Sorry but you're mistaken.

Speedometers are only off by a small amount at higher speeds.

Buddy in California has a GTR R34. He tested his speedometer to a gps tracker, and it was pretty near on.

Outter dial is in MPH, hes talking about 0 to 300KPH, which is the inner dial. Which he did get up to.
