  • Great works out :) i have a question. Do i have to finish the 1st exersise to go on second and then the last one?. Or should i do 1 set from the fist 1 set of the second and 1 set from the third work out ?

  • @moricestreet909 whenever i train my shoulders. i don't feel the fatigue in my shoulder and nor does it hurts afterwards, as it hurts in other muscle groups

  • @theb7000 hi, a good workout is when you sweat a lot. if you're not sweating it means you're not giving it your all. now, about your heart, the thing is not to get it all racy, (unless u're doing cardio) so careful not to get a heart attack ! when you're weight lifting i suggest that you do 3X8-12 reps per exercice (like said by peter) and that you focus on these ideas: proper form, slow motions (that will work your muscles in depth), good breathing. weight lifting isn't bout many reps or speed

  • @theb7000 Target heart rate is helpful, but the main thing is playing with weights. Sometimes when you take huge weights, you might start to "throw weights around" or using momentum. Its a great way to damage you rotator cuff. So try to do exercises with the count of 2s. What I mean is, count one, two lifting up, and then count one two on lowering. Good luck

  • @MultiVegeta01 Thanks. Music is just one of thousands of royalty free music we have in my productions musci lab. I normally try stuff and if I see you guys like it I will stick with it until I hear you are bored then we find something new! :) So far you seem to like tha latest music we using!

  • Sit on a exercise bike and cycle. You don't need your arm for that. In fact sit up straight so you dont touch the handle bars and you will burn even more calories!

  • @moricestreet9092 Could be many things. If it hurts get it checked out.

  • For the workout structure(for beginners) can you also do a full circuit of 12 reps each exercise rest for 1 min, next circuit 10 rep, rest for1 min, then last circuit 8 reps, then done?

    I can't do shoulder presses cause even without weight I get a sting in my right shoulder and it hurts really bad

    Someone knows what's up or have a solution?

  • @ElJefeNLIt can be many things. The most common injury impingement of your rotator cuff tendons. Best to pop to your doctor to have him check it out.

  • @ElJefeNL It's probably your joint..But best if you can get it checked out by a physician..It's easier and better to treat problems like that early on.. I had a similar problem with my wrists and right elbow which affected my bench pretty bad...I read somewhere about fish oils helping such cases and I did...And the pain had subsided now. But again, best if you get it checked out

    I would like you to upload and make some diet schedule for all slim people who want to become and make muscles like yours.

    i have seen many videos uploaded by you which helps one fat person lose weight but haven't seen a video from which a slim person can become bulky quickly by doing exercises at home.

    I would be very thankful to you if u upload such a video very soon too.

  • @ishanbaveja2008 Getting ripped or bulking up has more to do with your diet then your workouts. Yes sure you need to do certain workouts if you want to build muscles but for example you can do the exact same workout and by making small changes in your rest periods and weight it can either be a fat burning workout or muscle building workout but what would ultimately make the difference is how you eat. If you eat to drop fat you will do and if you eat to bulk up then that is what will happen.

  • @megaaf10 You can. The Ball makes it even more unstable and so harder but yes you can use a bench. When you do try and make your weight heavier so you keep the intensity!
