@payday121 Yuko and Clow Reed met the Mokona from Magic Knight Rayearth while traveling to various worlds and then they created their own, a white one and black one and the white one is in Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle.

There is also more Clamp series crossovers, mainly in Tsubasa from X/1999 and Card Captor Sakura characters.
