@420ttop oops i should have put that in the what you unlock, you unlock the APC tank from Yusuf at his construction site in South Algonquin, it will keep spawning there after you take the first tank

@420ttop On TLAD, after you kill the 50 seagulls you unlock a bike called the Innovation, it will be at the safehouse or by ringing Clay and selecting the Innovation on the phone menu :)
