Not being funny, but it's hardly like they're screaming "KILL CHILDREN" they're simply showing another route for a woman who is unsure of whether she wants a baby. They are not advertising it as a form of contraception, they are showing it as a last resort. @MizShinobi1 She and I are both doing well. In fact we are going on a road trip tomorrow with the family. I had a wonderful doctor, who was in the room with me 7 times when I was sick to make sure that everything was o.k and to save my daughter and I both. But I guess we got to be very leary of doctors who say that they can't save the baby when they can. If someone is 22 weeks and having health problems and the dr says the baby can't be saved, I think we altough question that.

I'm sorry but what gives anyone the right to tell another woman what to do with her body? Personally I feel I could never have an abortion but if other people want to have one then that's their choice. The pro-life supporters can sit their on their high horses and preach about how terrible it is but what about abortions for medical reasons? Doesn't the mother have a right to continue life with a partner and maybe other children? Or does a balls of cells with no memories or relationships win?

I'm pretty sure having the abortion would be nasty enough as it is and discourage me from any more stupidity, but having the pregnancy, birth, then either having an unwanted child or giving it away would ruin more lives, rather than just prevent one that hasn't really started yet.

It's 22 weeks is when they can survive, or yes, if they are born earlier, they can even survive by a miracle, because 17 weeks is when they are viable outside the womb. Scientific research, and development throughout the lifespan actually says that.

Well, why not? It is a service that already exists, and as long as it is obliquely so children don't start asking questions and put on later at night, I don't see the big deal. There are plenty of ads for support helplines on other health issues, and this is another health issue.
