I don't know... Birds in shock usually take a similar pose but they never move if you touch them. Not even the head.

Probably just something it thought was a threat above it

In the wild most humming birds don't make it longer than a year but in captivity they live 10 years since no animal can kill them

Not only that, do u even know how take care humming bird's habitat. Everyone can't keep wild things all (most) the time. They aren't here for our greed and entertainment.
