i rehomed a shelter dog. he was a staff x called Milo, but there were alot of things the poeple at the shelter didn't tell us and one day he just turned aroung and went for me. so my mum made me take him back, and it turned out that Milo had an unstable Mental Heathly problem but the adoption people didn't tell us because they thought we woun't want him. i miss him so much... and know my mum said that she will never get another shelter dog.

Your furbabies are beautiful, and your heart is beautiful for having them.

I'm going to end up moving at the end of my lease simply so I can adopt a shelter dog and cat.

We all need to be loved, and no one can give you more than these heartbroken animals.

This is so sad and tragic. It really is americas shame, tho its also a worldwide problem. If people would spay and neuter their pets, and more people adopt some, we could greatly reduce this horrible outcome. Too many get pets they arent committed to. What an awful thing to just give them away. Shame on anyone who's done that. What if your parents had done the same thing?
