what i'd do to beat this lvl is swimm across there, use a lasso to tie the penguing, then i spaw any ridable flying creature like the pterodactyl/pterodactylus back to shore and there! the job is done

To beat it faster you need:

Lunar Lander

Rope

Tie the rope to (the bottom of) the lander then tie the other end of the rope to the penguin fly to the other penguins and win drop penguin or put lander in trash can and as you drop you'll touch the starite

oh gawd, don't worry it took me a while to do this level too, don't feel bad. What i ended up doing was giving Maxwell an air tank, and a rope. Hooking the rope to the iceberg i then swam across the ocean thing, reuniting the penguins.

I don't know if you know this or not, but while holding an item, you can press L or R to rotate it.

Also, a good idea is to use a rope and wings

Attach the rope to the Penguin and fly with the wings to the flock.

The only reason how he's playing on the PC is on an emulator.
