hellsing's nowhere near the quality of GITS. I mean, its ok for a younger audience, but I wouldnt give that to someone who was partial to something done by SHirow.

Yoko Kanno doesn't sing this. Origa does, who's Russian. This song is in Russian/English. But there is a lot of mix ups between another song. And no one knows if Origa or Yoko sings it. >.>
