I wish to thank you all for your comments to my youtube broadcasts. It is very much appreciated. I do try and contact you all personally if there's any questions that I have been asked, and I also make note of all your requests too. I have some great ideas for future videos and I will try and play some of your requests also.
I have tooled around with my Wiesner Steel Guitar for a few years and have my favourite players etc. Doug Jernigan, Lloyd Green, Rudy Osbourne ... there are quite a few and only now have I just happened upon Dave. Totally knocked out by this classy player. And best of all he is an unassuming guy, an electrician by day, just messing about after work in his garden shed or something and he blows everyone else away.
David, You have joined my favorite steel players list, alongside the late John Hughey, and Herby Wallace. All three of you are first class acts when it comes to playing a steel
Love the work that you do with the steel.I would be nice if i was able to buy some of your cd's. I would love to learn to play the steel like you do.Great music keep up the good work and hope you have more new vidoes.
Dave: A fabulous version of Truck Drivin Man; I'm one of your admirerers that couldn't make the Dallas show but was fortunate enough to buy 3 of your Cd's thru a friend of mine, Bill S.; have played your Instrumentals CD and love it a great deal; Know that the other 2 will also be fine.. Thanks.. Bernie
Brilliant , I enjoy every one of your videos , It would be great to see the pedal work .The floor pedals are a major part of this instrument but everyone seems to miss the feet off their videos.
Hey David Let me be the first one to comment...Superb as always! You pick so fast that there is no way I can ever copy that and learn it! You sound as good as before, even with the added hardware.
Absolutely amazing, I could listen to this over and over, I love it! Keep On Pickin!
