I love the wet n wild cream liner!!! The only down fall to it is you have to use it really fast or it dries out. Well at least mine did. But other then that it is amazing :)

I bought the beauty encyclopedia by elf and the beauty notebook from F21 in the same colors and they were the same exact the inside instructions identical and colors and payoffs identical so one brand mustve stole from the other..
