That UAV glitch only happenns when the helicopter is up. You have to use the UAV tho. Check out my channel i just posted up some cod4 ganeplay

I downloaded this game on steam, but when the screen comes up after you select play, it says whether or not you want to play multiplayer or just single player and whenever I choose multiplayer, it crashes.
