Ive had a 3G and now ive got a 3GS, both jailbroken, it does not slow it down at all, its exactly the same as a non jailbroken phone, the only thing that might slow it down abit is the things you can get which you cant get without being jailbroken, like adding themes etc and changing the whole appearance, but even then it wouldnt slow a 3GS down much and certainly not a 4, 3G it probably would though.

At the moment ive got installous and various tweaks like sbsettings etc, no slow down AT ALL

Jeff, do you know how to get rid of that space on your iPhone that apple automatically installs? Because I have an iPod Touch with 8 Gs, and apple took away like 2 Gigabytes on my new iPod. tried to jailbreak my iphone 3gs running on 4.1 and the 6.15 baseband , with greenpois0n win32 rc4 . 1st few times it failed then when i ran as admin i got to black screen with the white writing then it stopped the last time was that it was giving up, i had to hold down the home button to get it to move past that part then when when phone loaded there was cydia icon or loader icon. how can i jailbreak my phone ?
