dont buy it, its a waste of money, I bought mine kus it had bluetooth, 8 hours of battery life, and multi gesture, but u cant even watch a video on youtube with it, I have to put it on 360p no fullscreen and it still lags, if you wat a good netbook buy hp pavillion mini, or asus netbook

I have this netbook and is not the best,

The GMA 500 isn't the best vga, GMA 945 its better. And the processor it's so slow. I have Windows XP and i can't use a N64 emulator.

I still waiting a new driver for the vga intel but they are so slow to create updates for this vga... sorry for my english

Acer Aspire One A0751H is one of the best looking Netbook in market, I would say. And I love its design, it looks stunning. BUT one thing i hate about it, it always freezes randomly for no reason, I have been checking from blog to blog, same problem occurs to other users too, they mention the problem is related to heat (thing!). I am NOT a hard-core user, just use it to surf ane check mail. In Conclusion 4.5 stars for design, 2 stars or less for performance.

ahhh it does use RAM. RAM is random access memory it is needed to run any application. after you shut down your computer all modern RAM chips erase all the data. the hard drive is different, it hold the data until you delete it. all modern applications require RAM

Well... what i mean is people are saying the game takes up 1.5 gb. and this laptop only has 2. but mine has a 25o gb hdd. So will it play? I'm pretty sure it will. (btw I can't even use it till Christmas. so don't tell me to try it myself)

Everything uses RAM, lol. Your internet browser is, outlook, msn messenger, aim, yahoo, pictures, etc. Everything sucks up ram on your pc and that's why more is better. I have an Acer Aspire One Netbook and it does run games like Maplestory just fine.

I played Ragnarok Online, World of Warcraft and Counter-Strike on mine and they ran decently. By decent I mean about 20-30 fps but that for the most part is playable.

Well, what I meant was, ppl r saying this computer has 2 gb of RAM, and MapleStory takes up about 2 - 4 gb of HDD. they are confusing RAM with hard disk space.

Actually yes, the only thing it does not seem to have is a built in air card but with built in Wi-Fi you don't need that.

Basic image cropping, uploads and documents, just be forewarned that, like most netbooks, this does not have a CD tray so prepare to use a USB drive or download everything you need.

Doesn't matter how old you are really just so long as you can use it effectivly and are abiding by the age restriction laws myspace and them have.

I think Acer is screwing with the original purpose of a netbook ... At 11.6" it's getting too bulky and heavy. I guess nobody has defined the maximum size of a netbook to begin with.

People are better off getting a 13" laptop since there's a lot more you can do with laptops than netbooks.

I think the 11.6 will still work well for many people. I myself would rather have a 12" screen than 10 or 15. Its the right size to move it around easily yet still decently big.

I prefer smaller sized laptop as well, 12"-13" is perfect ... too bad they're more pricey, and I guess the requirements for identifying a netbook is the use of this atom processor, which is fine for doing just internet surfing and basic word processing. that's about it.
