Wonderful video. Did you know Aerlines Magazine published an article on the use of social media in the Airline Industry! It called Let’s be social at 30.000 feet

Second: I don't agree with mattradack. The people themselves choose to share their own information on the web. So, don't blame companies for picking up on it. Sharing information is just the whole point of it all. And one can just choose not to twitter..
Interesting, but also arguably as creepy as it is clever. Just because people tweet something doesn't mean that they want a company to stalk them. Some consumers are already uncomfortable enough with the idea of cookies (especially in the EU, where there's actually talk of banning them), yet this marketing gimmick takes tracking consumer behavior to a whole new level. I'd question if lines of privacy and individual respect have been crossed with this type of promotion.
