Treason in USA is punishable by revoking citizenship of anyone espousing to this ideology. Why is USA not following laws the exist? What happened to the constitution?

Just recently, a New Jersey judge ruled that a MUSLIM man that had RAPED his wife was NOT GUILTY, DUE TO RELIGION.  THE MAN RAPED HIS WIFE, this was not the issue, however due to the fact that the koran says you can take your wife however and wherever you want her, the court let him off.
