  • for those who dont like btbam bcuz screaming need to hear 6:35-10:20

  • @adam9nsb or be forced to listen to all btbam solos

  • my god that was a beautiful song

  • Why is everyone talking about Avenged Sevenfold? They're a solid band but you cannot compare them to Between The Buried And Me. It's like comparing Johann Sebastian Bach to Danny Elfman.

  • COUNTING CROWS IS AWESOME!

  • I love the vocalist. I think this guy and the one from protest the hero are some of the most talented and original vocalists in metal.

  • @ziggmyster55 I have to agree with you there. I imagine these two bands like brothers, BTBAM being the more serious angry older brother and PTH being the younger crazy energetic/playful one.

  • 8:07 DAT BASS

  • For fans of BTBAm, check out Koenjihyakkei. They are indescribable but compositions are similar to these guys. Just completely unpredictable.

  • Saw them in Austin last night, FUCKING EPIC

  • Saw them at the House of Blues in New Orleans with TesseracT and Animals as Leaders. It was the sickest show I've been to by far.

  • 09:27-09:55 For some reason I get goosebumps when I'm at that part. It's just a fucking amazing build-up

  • Horses are fucking metal as fuck!

  • I like A7X, I think they are talented musicians, escpecially in songs like sidewinder and a little piece of heeaven, I don't understand why people are always saying they are a comercial band, because I think they are very talented, I don't compare them to prog bands like Opeth BtBam, King Crimson, Jethro Tull, Porcupine Tree, or haken, and Dream Theater... but they are good musicians...

  • wat the hell does IMO stand for?

  • @666miyuru I believe it's 'I must observe'

  • @666miyuru in my opinion

  • @666miyuru

    in my opinion

  • @666miyuru in my opinion

  • 6:49 RANDOM HORSE!!!!

  • @ihateusernamemaking not entirely sure, but I think that was a shoutout to Horse the Band. or maybe they just wanted a horse on their cd. I like to think it's the former.

  • @TicalWave89 oh. gotcha. are they any good?

  • @ihateusernamemaking you'll have to find out for yourself...might I suggest "big business" or "I think we are both suffering from the same crushing metaphysical crisis"

  • @TicalWave89 big business as in the band or one of their songs?

  • bands make more money off of touring

  • I really dislike the fact that these days everybody downloads music. A CD doesn´t exactly cost much and buying it supports the band, so that they can make more music.

Besides, a download wont give you the same satisfaction as actually having the cd in your hands.

This album is amazing by the way :)

  • @Bulbapuck so true...i'm broke right now and i'd really like this album but i hate the idea of stealing from the band

  • @Bulbapuck A cd in my hands give me no satisfaction. It gives me clutter. Something to stick in the closet and never look at again. Besides you can pay for mp3s, or buy merch.

  • @Bulbapuck satifaction comes when its on my Ipod.. muhaha

  • @Bulbapuck bands already know they cant win the pirate war.. bands make most of their money nowadays by touring.. and for good reason

  • @Bulbapuck i talked to tommy and he told us to download a pirated version, because most of the money from the CD goes to the music industry anyways

  • @ContrxL exactly i think more money is contibuted to the band by buying merch and goin to see them at shows, or sending money to them

  • @Bulbapuck "A CD doesn´t exactly cost much".

That depends on where you live, my friend.

  • @Bulbapuck well if you download the album then you have more money to buy all of there shirts and to have them play for your birthday or wedding if they are up for it xD

in all honestly i agree with you though

  • @Bulbapuck Instead of buying the cd, appreciate the best sound quality and buy this album on double LP vinyl, like I did. You'll thank yourself.

  • @Bulbapuck wow i thought i'm the only one thinking like that =)

  • @Bulbapuck Problem though is that it's hard to find metal band's that aren't extremely main stream in music stores, besides maybe HMV. Support bands like these anyway you can though, too much talent to not be recognized and rewarded.

  • @RRReviews Hell, Myspace is a perfect place to check them out, if u cant find them there, then itune it.

  • also any drummers in the New England area??

  • can anyone find tab for the parts after 6;35 ??? if so please help. Need them badly for cover. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

  • come on download album? support the band!!!

  • That instrumental part sounds like a fucking surf tune, oh god I almost cry with happiness when I hear it. Or I get up and act like I'm on a surf board with my arms out trying to balance

  • the download link isnt working.. its downloading but wont drag to itunes! someone smart please help.

  • @utopiansaint go to documents>downloads and find it,

or just look it up on google "Disease, Injury, Madness free download" and find one

  • the blues part makes wanna dance over my laptop

  • During the soft child/adult response section of this song, Tommy perfectly nails that Nurturing maternal voice, asking the child to do things. It's creepy even.

  • 0:00-1:47 = Disease, 1:48-4:56 = Injury, 4:57-10:55 = Madness.

Well played, Between The Buried And Me. Well played.

  • Comment removed

  • By the way, the cover= gassing the masses.

  • Most powerful message ever.. You guys do realize they are speaking the truth through poetry right? Disease, Injury, Madness is the next chapter in the human experience. "This is what's supposed to happen, A predetermined destiny put in motion by my stronger power." You must listen to Fossil Genera to find out just who's in charge.

  • btbam are metal gods and a7x are mediocre at best...end of argument

  • @Antdant4435 Haha i read this too fast and i thought you said A7x was "metalcore" at its best. I was about to be really upset

  • This song sucks.

  • @GTAProductionsTholen what's a song that doesn't suck?

  • @GTAProductionsTholen Im sorry I have to disagree with you there.

  • @GTAProductionsTholen lets see you play something better, mm?

  • 6:40 - 7:44

Most solid riff and a solo combo ever, period.

  • @zippo219830 Definetly!!!

  • i will never tire of brilliant music such as this. I feel bad for those that cannot appreciate the real beauty (or at least can be) that is metal. Thank you BTBAM.

  • How could anyone not like this song.. or BTBAM. Fucking geniuses. Geniuses that are "in the know," if you know what I mean.

  • if you torrent this album on mediafire...ill burn your house down.

  • @PoopOnMyLip lmao i make sure i buy all their shit. Support BTBAM!!!

  • @PoopOnMyLip what if I don't have a house?

would you burn the whole street down? ;)

  • @PoopOnMyLip wont do it, pussy.

  • @PoopOnMyLip Thank god I use pirate bay then ;]

  • @PoopOnMyLip I like your username.

  • @PoopOnMyLip I downloaded the album and saw them live, and bought a shirt. Problem?

  • @xtremevillain : Yea there sort of is a problem. These guys don't make enough money. Saw them in pgh a few days ago (which was spec-fucking-tacular). Venue held 600. Tix were $20 a pop. So the drop was apx $22,000. Now subtract what they pay the opening acts (2 of them), ticketfly charges, equipment, managers, agents fees, record co fees, the club rake, income and any other tax etc. Now divided that by 5 band members. Each one of those guys probably pocketed $900 from that mind-blowing show.

  • @rmed30 : When my sister got married she paid a 4 person wedding bad 12K to play at her wedding. Unlike BTBAM they didn't have to pay for any of that overhead and pocketed most of the cash. What a shitty world we live in when a bunch of no talent assholes makes more money to play a wedding gig than top notch talent like these guys. When I get married I'm going to book BTBAM! It will be cheaper and infinitely sweeter!

  • @rmed30 wow man i went from worshipping them to feeling kinda bad for em

  • @rmed30 couldnt agree with you more. This band is a diamond in the rough and definetly deserve more in terms of monetary profit, even though they dont do it for the money.

  • PPL With AD/HD.. go to 6:36 so you can at least see why we are all here listen to this orchestra do what they do

  • BTBAM>A7x

  • @Austinmp47 That's not even a fair fight :P A7X can't even sorta kinda compete O_o

  • these fools are comparing A7X to BTBAM..........now that is the GREAT MISDIRECT

  • @xache2112 A7X isn't even metal... .hard rock at best and they suck balls. Shouldn't even be compared to BTBAM

  • @xache2112 Ignore those fucking dumbass emo bitches

  • @xache2112

Lawl. I love Avenged but they are not at all in the same category as Btbam.

  • HOWS IT TASTE MOTHERFUCKER!!

  • @NoAppend Yeah, I see what you're saying. I'm not saying it's wrong to buy the music or anything like that. It's just that a kid like me doesn't have nearly enough money to buy all his music. Therefore I just buy merch from bands that I really like, and I feel like I do my part in that way. Plus, I promote the band by wearing their stuff, lol

  • You're fags and you know it.

  • @pacocrowley2 I'd like to see you say that to our faces :)

  • @NoAppend i completely agree :) and same here about A7X, they used to be amazing! now they play mostly to sell like you said. BTBAM is just INCREDIBLE.

  • Edge of Sanity already perfected this style.

  • @dhaddox That's impossible....these guys are playing BTBAM style.

  • The best BTBAM album IMO. Better than Colors, more dynamic and more emotional.

  • 2 minutes in and they already have an amazing song finished D:

  • the solop at 837 is fucking amazing why the fuck doesnt this have a million views

  • @MegaKlaxons because people don't have any fucking appreciation for real talented, music anymore. all people want is fucking dance beat and four chords. it's really sad to be honest. the most talented musicians are pushed aside for pop stars who have no fucking talent at all... that's why we gotta keep supporting METAL! >:D

  • @groovymoustach SO well-put

  • @xBtBaMFTWx thanks i appreciate it!

  • @groovymoustach you took the words right out of my mouth. Nicely said

  • @slapthatbass97 i apppreciate people like you who know what i'm talking about. thanks :)

  • @groovymoustach that's all people have ever wanted. People weren't listening to avante garde, challenging music in 1960... except for people who liked avante garde, challenging music.

  • @groovymoustach Not just METAL! mean I agree with you 100% but there are so many talented people out there in music,,but get overshadow by all that pop bullshit man,,its fucking horrible.

  • @jakeen229 exactly!!!! i know, all the most talented people are shut out by no talent pop stars.. :(

  • @groovymoustach exactly man,,I was listen to some old school rap(not even a fan) but they actually talked about problems in the community and now they just CREATE problem in the communty,,dont get me started on lady GAGA or other bullshit.

  • @jakeen229 i hear you man. i mean i love hip hop and shit. like biggie, eazy e, tyler the creator and stuff like that, and they actually talk about things instead of just partying like it's really sad how that's all people listen to

  • @groovymoustach not to repeat you, but i hear you. i do love hip hop, rap, pop, country, and everything in between. when i'm out with people and partying and what not, the pop music comes on. but deep down inside me, anything and everything in the progressive genre is pure greatness and talent and hardly anything these days can stand next to it

  • @ColinFox36 of course it's pop for partying, but whatever man you know? it's fun to dance to. but it's when that's all people listen to and it's considered "talent", that's when it's like fuck off this sucks.i completely agree with you

  • @groovymoustach Yeah, and the few talented pop artists like Lady Gaga immediately metamorphosize into blobs of mania and protoplasm. Case and point, the video to Bad Romance.

  • honestly btbam is the only good band we have today them and tool they are keeping true music alive

  • I have to say this band is actually a bit too progressive at times for my taste but there are lots of awesome sections in this song.

  • The bass riffs during the Zappa interlude remind me of the bass in Sting's "Rock Steady". I love Dan!

  • i have loved BTBAM since the beginning. This band never lets me down.

  • I used to think BTBAM were progressive and I was once a huge fan, but the more I listened, the more I noticed how contrived and forced their sound is, and how their "progressiveness" amounts to little more than meaningless, erratic genre changes and flowery leads with little to no backing merit. I completly despise the band now.

  • @HiPPoKryPtiC I would love to know what you meant by that lol.

  • @JohnForce117 Despise is a little harsh for just simply not having the direction you want. I can understand if you don't like them, I however really like the shifts in genre and style. Music's all about what means something to you. And their music means something to me. I however, could not listen to just them. I like having a diverse style and I would hope that you do too.

  • @crazybirddude121 I respect that, and of course I do

  • @JohnForce117 Good to hear, thanks for understanding.

  • @JohnForce117 well said

  • @TheCr0wing Thanks bud.

  • its a kid mix of everything that they like, there is some jazz fusion blue grass a lot things that make this band special, not only chug chug blast and breakdown all the time

for me, dream theater is boring close to btbam

    improvised trololo english speaker

  • I Honestly don't see whats so special about this band.. im trying to like them because if ABR says they're awesome it must be true lol, but to me it just sounds like a heavier version of He Is Legend, im not questioning the bands talent though

  • @MrWesanator007

ABR is more of a -core band, and while you could put both them and BtBAM under the genre "metal", BtBAM is also progressive, and if you don't have an innate liking for progressive music, then you won't like bands like this or dream theater. I would venture to say BtBAM is more similar to Rush than they are to ABR

  • @Kratossaysno alright i see what your saying, one thing i do love about this band though is its diversity and originality, you don't see that much these days, i would enjoy it more if they had a different vocalist, but that's just me

  • lmao! these guys r like a cross between meshuggah and pink floyed! thats so epic and original i love this!

  • 8:39 - 9:31 after this part my gf was pregnant for some reason

  • the album cover is from google earth ! lol

  • LAAAA LAAAAA LAA LAA LAAAA LAAAAA LAAAAAA o-o

  • This album has literally kept me busy for months; It's a definite buy.

  • BTBAM best mix of chaos and hope.

  • oops. the other day i was gonna buy this album but someone told me not to cuz it sucked. last time im listening to an emo for music advice :P

  • everyone download the album and download everything

  • AWESOME!

  • oh my GOD

    what the SHIT

THIS FUCKING SONG?!?!! WHAT THE FUCK OHHH SHIT

  • 15 people like Nickleback and ICP apparently

  • how could this have 15 dislikes!??!!? they must be tone deaf

  • thumbs up if this is the best prog you have ever listened to... well besides animals as lesader

  • @DJTUCANMAN i love aal, so techincal!!!

  • This song gives my boner a boner.

  • @scionofdreams thats gross but given its btbam i understand

  • lol @ 6:50

  • @cladny lolllll horsey. :3

  • Best instrumentalsection EVER!

  • The last 4 mins of this song is the best 4 min stretch on the album and possibley better than any 4 min stretch on colors.

  • Going to their concert tonight! Gunna be unreal

  • Comment removed

  • HorseCore FTW

  • an album cover -> anal bum cover ;) LOL

  • @metallicarocks911 SNL Celebrity Jeopardy!!!! love it

  • the album cover is if you look at it long enough looks like a face.

  • In this song is all the music of my life!

  • watch?v=-iUepYYwlGo

check out the NEW BTBAM song everyone!

  • 7:07 - 7:40 that is in my opinion the best solo in musical history.

  • @theath1337 Definitely some classy playing! Hell form 7:07 to 9:30 is just some really clean classy jazz play.....in the middle of a perfect metal piece!

  • @hansaru i wouldn't call it jazz lol

  • gold=hold*

  • I hate to say it, but I'm pretty sure the guys in BTBAM have a pretty good idea of 1. how the world works these days, 2. who's running it behind the scenes, and 3. what's going to happen in general in the coming years.

The WHOLE album is about a new world order. Destruction of the present order is completed in "Fossil Genera" by the "Night Owls." The result of this coming destruction is "Swim to the Moon." Listen to the beginning of the song, they are BUILDING something. "Disease, Injury,

  • Madness" is the next chapter in our story. Right now, we are in "Obfuscation," which they released, IMO, to show what stage of this unfolding story we are in. "Obfuscation" is the perfect word to describe the sly way in which the truth is being hidden from us by the powers that gold sway over our world, in entertainment, politics, and most importantly, the vast military-industrial complex. What the American public doesn't know, is what makes them the American public.

  • And yes, that was a horse, referring to Revelations and the 4 horseman of the Apocalypse.

  • Was that a horse?!!!!

  • Right when that horse neighed, my boner touched the sky

  • Brue-towl

  • Awesome Fucking solo

  • 6:45 JIZZZZ.

  • Collide..Control.. Collapse.

Do you know who the "night owls" really are?

The cover is gas invading a suburb. Disease, Injury, Madness is coming, my friends. In the backwards-words of BTBAM in this song.. "you will die with the rest of the nonbelievers."

  • @thelucidherb The suburb seems to also be shaped like a human head....

  • @Kryptik316 indeed

  • @thelucidherb HOLY CRAP ur right im listening to it in reverse and it said "you will sleep with the rest of the non believers" scary as hell

  • The band writes whatever the hell they want. Enough said.

  • very good screams and vocals by thomas.

  • Never really listened to these dudes much before, but I've heard a lot of bitching about how disappointing this album was. This song sounds pretty sexy to me.

  • theres something about the Norsy Neigh that makes me want to kick a baby stroller down a flight of stairs . Too Fucken Brutal

  • ive listened to this song hundreds of times and ive never heard the horse neigh sound

  • @ChrisHoffmannStudios

this is my first time hearing this song and i just heard the neigh lol
