The explosion in the basement was one of the freight elevators crashing to the bottom floor after the impact of the plane severed the cables holding it up. Besides, WHY would there be a bomb set off in the basement? The tower's collapsed from the point of impact with the jetliners. Truthers argue solely on the fact that the intention of the 911 attacks was to destroy the WTC towers, however, I believe Al-Qaeda simply wanted to kill as many Americans as possible.

They were designed to withstand a slow-moving 707, coming in to land and didn't consider it's fuel load. They weren't designed to withstand a 767, travelling at 586mph (United flight 175), carrying 10000 gallons of fuel. He said there's "absolutely no comparison between the two".

The company who provided ther steel were worried when this happened and thought they would be sued for supplying the wrong steel but ender closer inspection the steel was certified to withstand temperatures up to 4000 degrees f. The highest temp recorded in the towers was 2000 so how can they have melted.... Bombs thats why....

Do you realize how many tons of explosives or thermite would have had to been placed in those buildings for it to be a "controlled demolition?" They would have had to tear out huge amounts drywall to get to the support columns to place the explosives or thermite. even if the plane severed some uprights clean through, which would never happen, the damage wouldve cause immediate collapse (in a leaning sort of way) of that section and that secton only. All of the building below that wouldve still been just as strong as if it was never even touched. The explosion in the basement was one of the freight elevators crashing to the bottom floor after the impact of the plane severed the cables holding it up. Besides, WHY would there be a bomb set off in the basement? The tower's collapsed from the point of impact with the jetliners. Truthers argue solely on the fact that the intention of the 911 attacks was to destroy the WTC towers, however, I believe Al-Qaeda simply wanted to kill as many Americans as possible.

They were designed to withstand a slow-moving 707, coming in to land and didn't consider it's fuel load. They weren't designed to withstand a 767, travelling at 586mph (United flight 175), carrying 10000 gallons of fuel. He said there's "absolutely no comparison between the two".

First of all when I look at the opening of this vid I can not help but notice that the blow to the building looks nothing but minor because there's no sag on the adjacent floors and integrity of the building looks nothing but GOOD! No, dummy,the elevator equipment was pulled into the shafts and fell to the bottom,destroying the lobby..Go tour a high rise and see the huge DC motors and pulleys that run the elevators,they are just bolted to the floor and mostly use their weight to stay in place. Debris falling onto the cars or a car falling onto the one below it could then pull the motors and pulleys into the shaft. Also there are no "hemetically sealed" elevator shafts,How do you think fresh air gets to the floors?

There were 2000 explosions and tons of explosives. They drilled holes and wired everything. The planes were for cover up and to shock people so nobody would notise the demolition. Why would someone flying a large plane into a building additionally blow it up? And why did the alleged explosions happened in the area of the plane impact instead on the ground floor? Obviously a secret service is spreading rumours to couver up something. The rumours are fabricated in such a way as to divide the US society and especially to isolate the government from the people. The white smoke that they are showing at the base of the tower was caused by burning debris and a car fire at the base of the towers on the street. It is clearly visible on many videos of that day. And the truthers know this, but they continue to claim it was caused by some mysterious bomb that blew up long before the collapse. You see people..let me teach the TRUTHERS why the squibs prove they are not the results of a controlled demoltion. If the squibs were caused by explosives, they would begin extremely strong, then taper off getting weaker at the end. Thats not what happens,,,take a look. They start out weak, then get stronger, being caused by the compression of air from the falling top of the building. Like pushing on the plunger of a syringe. The more the building falls, the stronger the squib gets

:47 "hermetically sealed elevator shafts" Are you stupid? Elevator shafts go right through the centers of buildings and the huge DC electric motors sit just to the side of the shafts. A plane could have knocked an elevator car and all its associated hardware down the shaft onto the one below and created a cascade of very heavy debris going all the way down and destroying the lobby. starzia20. I agree with you totally. There is scientific evidence that jet fuel couldnt have melted the metal structure of each tower. The company who provided ther steel were worried when this happened and thought they would be sued for supplying the wrong steel but ender closer inspection the steel was certified to withstand temperatures up to 4000 degrees f. The highest temp recorded in the towers was 2000 so how can they have melted.... Bombs thats why....

Any sane person will not have any problem understanding that you can't rule out explosives if you never even tested for them.
Independent investigators had no trouble finding *all kinds* of evidence for explosives and lots of it too.

I saw the documentary by the two french guys with the FDNY, where the footage from the lobby came from, and as the firefighters walked in a lady who was in the elevator was severly burnt. And alot of the loud bangs people hear on footage was the sound off people hitting the ground from jumping. It would have taken many hours and many men to plant large ammounts of explosives for a bomb that would do any damage, someone would have saw something. A cleaning crew would have come accross one.

There were no bombs in the lobby. The reasons for the "sounds of explosions" and "damaged lobby" was due to the fact that after the collision; some of the elevators were put in to free fall from 20-70 stories up.
