It's somewhere in the options menu. If you look around, you'll see an "Enable Jurgen" option, so you can set it for player 1, player 2, both, or none.

RE YOU USING fofix? because im using just fof and i cant find the enable jurgen button on the option menu

No, this is Alarian's Mod. In regular FoF, you type 'uptomytempo' during a song to enable Jurgen.

I used FRAPS. I'm using the full version, which costs 36 bucks. The trial version records 30 seconds with a watermark at the top.
