If you've seen any of the other videos he looks quiet happy with it. He is not smiling in this one because you cant smile when you play the clarinet. :) It will give you a bad tone and lots of squeeks. I've tried it. :D... Thats true when I started clarinet I was never watching tv and I quit getting on the computer as much. :)

Meh, eleven is still pretty early, according to MANY people I've spoken to that didn't even have bad for grade schoolers.

If your school district does have a band/orchestra program for K-6 graders, consider yourselves lucky. :)

I started in my late year of 10 but I used to toot around with my brothers clarinet when I was like 5 and 6. I remember having to have my brother hold it for me and me squeeking and breaking everyones ear drum =D. other than that it was fun.

People should know what I meen by tooting around. atleast if your mature you wont think the wrong thing. blowing around in the clarinet is what I meen by toot around.
