I would love to see more "progressives" on the ballot, i think once people find out what their platform is, they will win, Do you know if Howie is going to be on PIX channel 11, I saw that they are doing a series where they have had most of the candidates, the only people left is howie and barron from the freedom party
BTW Barron (and his wife) although progressive, are still very much enrolled Democrats. They've made no announcements that they're leaving the Democratic Party. Personally I'm not a fan of "third" parties who are controlled by the two Titanic Parties.
Yea, i did hear about it and was searching all over for a good video of it, i heard he debated a write in candidate republican. I talked to my dad this morning about voting for Howie and he said he didnt want to take votes from Cuomo and I told him the green party needs his vote to get on the ballot for the next four years. I'm trying to get the word out!
Hey See Craig, thanks for replying soo quickly to my previous comment. How can we get Howie in more debates?!!! He did a great job in the last one. I'm telling my fam in ny to vote for him
@musicsheddcom Cuomo and/or Paladino apparently have no more interest in debating. There was a debate organized in Rochester that just transpired and Howie was the only one to show up. Even the other alternative party candidates bailed (some after accepting apparently). I believe the Rochester Democrat & Chronicle did an article about it.
@musicsheddcom Cuomo is going to win in a landslide and with both the Libertarian and Anti-Prohibition Party (backed by key Republican operatives no less), Paladino's own votes will look like a third party. DUMB reasoning IMHO.
50k votes for Hawkins means WINNING Local elections in the near future. Do you know there have already been TWO Green Party Mayors in NY along with several local office holders. That number could grow fast with the ballot line.
I wish Howie would smile a little more but I understand that he is serious about his business. I know he has it in him because as I was doing research on him I cam across and article with a picture of him hula hooping! He's got to be cool to do something like that!
