Every single particle in the universe, right down to the sub-atomic, is oscillating, vibrating at a particular frequency. All of those infinite vibrations collectively produce the frequency that is Om. So when you rhythmically chant Om, your physical being starts to resonate at that frequency. You attune to, harmonise with, the universe.
