Dude this movie was probably one of my favorite, if not, my FAVORITE movie ever. It's so well made! I LOVE the perspective of the normal camera. It makes the whole movie seem more real.

1: Cloverfield was the name the military gave the footage they found. I don't think it has any link or significance to the actual movie. (it was said at the very beginning, so it's understandable to miss.)

2: When she got all those scratches and bites from the parasites, the haz-mat guys took her behind a screen and she exploded. (kinda like the stomach thing in Alien.) My guess is there were some lethal toxins in the parasites and it made her explode.

By the way mate, vertigo isn't sickness - it's a fear of heights...unless that's what you ment...in which case your wrong again because things were put up warning people they might get motion sickness due to the dodgy camerawork (deliberate obviously). I watched it...today in fact on DVD. I was previously put off becayse my mates said it was rubbish compared to the hype. It is the only monster film i felt slightly scared watching it.
