@Satisfaktion4u Depends on what kind of warfare you want to engage in Do you want more guns and cannon or hand to hand? I'd say give Medieval 2 as shot for sure as it's still a solid game and gorgeous to look at even today. I'd demo Empire & Napoleon as the enjoyment of the era is a large part of the draw and if you enjoy that style of warfare. Total War has a game for everyone really.

@Satisfaktion4u I have AoE3 and I thought that game was Amazing I mean you got huge battles and nice graphics with an interesting economic system, plus it all happens at the same time. But when I saw Empire TW in the shelf I just fell in Love:D

For instance in AoE3 you get 200 units tops. In Empire you get 20 units each one with 200 units, so you get 4000 UNITS!!!!. Plus the economic and strategy style of the turn based map is AWSOME. Really the question here is When are you gonna buy EmpireTW?

@buckwheat40 there are mods in the making, but i doubt they would make the civil war because the only difference would be new skins and maps. This would bring lots of critisizing from the fans and complains. That is why we have mods, to tweak the game to our suit our satisfactions

It's a great fun game provided you're not expecting any sort of reasonably accurate simulation of Napoleonic warfare :)
