Why is it that some people have no clue that traffic stops result in the capture of many criminals. Most people run for a reason, such as felony warrants, drugs/guns in the vehicle. Stopping cars IS part of going after real criminals. If this douchebag would have complied with the Officer, chances are it would have been resolved right there. It's more due to living conditions and the like. School helps, but once crime becomes a problem, so does school attendance.
