@aGlassGiraffe I think I'd rather move the bike, look at the two guys and tell me they look capable to deal with a neck or spine injury? Add on the fact that if it's a suspected neck or spine injury, the worst you can do IS move them.

@StevesRandomVideos If you move someone and they have a serious neck or spinal injury you could paralise them or even kill them. Moving the bike stops any of the other riders getting injured.

@WazzaFHD he hit his head on the handlebar with his visor, was probably enough to make him pass out, when he hit the ground he was already out, thus not protecting his head and not moving at all. watch replay closely and u'll see it.
