You never will get this software and its appr. 10 years old and it was sold by the programers to eonhuman,years ago.Eonhuman throw this software few months ago in the garbage.Also they never brang out a install-version of it,only a kind of flash.Export of the Obj-data of the face was impossible.And Volker Blanz save the source-code,like a gold-treasure! He save this software in the garbage forever,so no one ever will take it out from it,to give it to the common people.

It is the lips, but otherwise I don't think it's too fast ... The lips just don't synchronise very precisely ;)

Too many mouth positions, its like they are trying to make each letter shape. The eyes and surrounding eye muscles should move too. After Effects can do this with the puppeteer tool.

That is pretty nice, the 3d fitting is by blanz, but i wonder if anyone knows who did the lips synchronization, it seems speech synthesis for the painting, but the last speaker, i think it's lip sync, please anyone knows more details about this? it's definitely not facegen and not crazy-talk. i dont think this is a product.

There's an "average face" as a template (which would probably have teeth) and the program reshapes that face according to the photo/painting - leaving a 3d image that can be animated
