Kenyans, please be aware of an email scam doing rounds in Kenya that involves an NGO, COMMUNITY HEALTH GLOBAL NETWORK, based in the UK. The fraudsters behind it have no job for you, but will assure you a well paying job, but first you have to send them advance fees for them to facilitate your paperwork. It's all a scam and they will come up with one fee after another until you run out of money. My brother just lost Ksh 40,000 to them. And was about to lose Ksh 80,000, but I stopped him in time.
you are right. Osama and other terrorists can be using MPESA and no one will know it.these guys or Kenya does not even have an agency designed for cyberwar. No CBK says that you can authorise a cheque of >1million to be cleared via a phone message. Ngoja those computer internation thieves waingie the Kenyan e-sorce. Money will dissapear like a problem
