this isnt patched maybe for PC but for xbox its not patched. i just did it like 5 mins ago. plus this glitch usually works around barriers. what u do is u launch yourself high into the air and and try to land on the barrier to avoid death. once there u'd have to be lucky to find a way down ^_^

The launcher comes from the console dumby. You can spawn anything from it. Learn your engines

Oh and also advice. When you are trying to land on something using this glitch it is best to have out your health pack. The reason you need it is so that when your high above the position you want want to be in you can spam the health pack causing you to land safely (you will still take damage but not enough to die and may get incapacitated on your first few tries
