Regardless of what other might say, I say two thumbs up for all old school hindi movies :P even it's to romantic so to speak, or some might find the dance routines as nuts, too many good old memories linked to the movies, honestly, I'm a fan.... :)

Hindi movies now are lousy.. they cannot match the old movies in any way.They are too sexy, too macho, too much dance oriented, silly plots and too erotic.Thumbs up for Bobby, Sangam, An Evening In PARIS and the rest from the golden years

@ikmalyop8723 I can't disagree with you. Those dances are foolish for me even a bengali living overseas most of my life. When foreigners watch, they think that they are nuts. Those dances are good for rickshawala in Bangladesh. My brother once told that he doesn't go to cinema, because so many labor classes people in the ticket line fighting for tickets he called if the film called even "cow shit". I have a relative who made several films and all are dhoom dhadaka type, because he can make money

@carolyne4 She was not so young, but dressed as young girl. She was best looking in this film I think and rishi was not so beautiful as his dad or uncles, but he was young at that time and dressed and painted nicely even that time. I liked this song a lot than other ones

@edergatexxx Everything in this film was in the right combination and right element - theactors and actresses, the costume, songs,dances, back ground music and even the dialogue between rival fathers! And the story never stop behind the scene especially on Dimple surprised early marriage! It must be the most talked about issue after all these years! After watching hundreds of hindi movies from sixties (re runs!) until now, I voted Bobby as no 1 or king of all Bollywood movies of all time!
