What always bugged me about the anime was that they ended it just when the story was picking up in the manga. Right in the middle of Kurono's character development. No Tae, no Kurono put in the role of leader of the new team, nothing. The anime only covered the part where Kurono was a selfish dick. I mean its like stopping the Lord of the Rings movie after Borimier died, calling that an ending and ignoring the rest of the books.

You guys are doing all Gantz fans a service by doing this project.

yeah that was AWSOME i support this project well i read the whole manga and i plan to watch the Anime but it will be nice to watxh the manga witch voices:) great editing BTW i give 5\5 for this awsome promo

OMG thank you. i never thought i'd be able to see the shinjuku massacre, the tae and kuruno relationship, or any of the major missions like the Oni, Dino, or Osaka be portrayed with emotion.

The only problem is that now Dark Horse is proactively scouring the internet for scanlations of Gantz and asking sites to take them down, so I hope you guys already have the mangas. Also, how far do you plan on going? Because if you get to the part where

They meet the other Gantz team, that may be a problem, because I think that's when Dark Horse started trying to remove scanlations... Anyways I'm rambling, good luck to all of you.

Gantz will occationally include a random animal in with the new recruits. No one knows who the animal belongs to or why Gantz decided to bring it into a death fight against aliens.

That's part of it-- I'm unsure of my ability to play something like this serious when I'm already so used to doing the voices silly-like-- and part of it's just that I've got too much on my plate right now to commit to another project. I wish these guys all the success in the world with it though.
