Just got one today (even I didn't really need it for 'sit tight music listening' - my Pioneer headphone smokes this:), they are nice, plus I won't really move it, that's why I have a headphone as well. Cool desing, works as an external (well not _that_ great) soundcard, all in all, a good choice IMO.

they were $20 at CompUSA but they are sold out. I picked up a set on ebay for $34. My speakers went out and I needed a decent replacement. This should be perfect!

home theater, get like a sony reciever then buy some pioneer speakers to go with it, that way if the speakers blow you still have a good reciever, and if the reciever blows you still have a good set of speakers(also if you get a good reciever you can upgrade subwoofers since the higher end ones power themselves, using only one cable instead of speaker wires)
