Too many variables to know exactly what could happen, though there are many plausible ways it could happen. Also, Big sister looks pretty damn fast. Don't think he could get a hold of her unless she was severely injured, and that would be more like a finishing move.

99% of people end up playing an incomplete game and it takes away from the experience.
