dont get me wrong here i love electric thats all i run. but sometimes it gets boring nitro has fun races and are a bit more exciting to watch run. i have both and my zo1-t sits on the shelf cuz the good tracks are indoor electric only.

Great track! I love off road racing, it's how i started back in the 80s. And it's electric all the way for me. Nitro is for people that want to draw attention to themselves.

Even my RC10 gold chassis car with 32dp gearing runs quietly! ;-)

Not saying that your a hater...some might take offense at calling electrc a "toy"....when they are certainly not....I want both the be able to co-exist with each bc I have both....there are definitly pros and cons for each...anyone can says nitro is better than electric or vise versa...but the fastest buggy in the world can't win without a good driver...

electric had improved leaps and bounds over nitro......you can keep your starter box/pull start/spin start....after run oil.....30% nitrotane....glow plug igniter...glow plugs....fuel filter.....receiver batteries...starter box batteries.....etc...etc....i doubt any "TOY" can handle 22.2 volts running through it....instead of being a hater, howabout just supporting "RC racing" and trying to make it mainstream....both nitro AND electric....

It seems like you electric guys are a little touchy. You all seem to be trying to convince yourselves that electric 1/8 is going to take over 1/8 racing. Nitro is not going anywhere.

Electric is surly here to stay BUT it will never take over Nitro. Yeah electrics faster but big deal. It doesn't have the sound,smell and just overall feel of being an actual racer instead of just being a toy.
