  • Normally, I ask the nice threader to only work on my eyebrows, but for a few dollars more, I decided to try threading on my chin. Now I wish I had done it sooner. It didn't hurt at all and was much faster than using a tweezer and a mirror and the result was much cleaner. I can't wait to go back.

  • Way cool technique! Do the "hair" grow back darker, courser?

  • the lady sitting down and having the treatment done to her has a booger

  • looks like somebody has a stache

  • I had this done for the first time today. I'd heard it doesn't hurt too bad, but it felt like my face was being snapped with tiny rubber bands. It worked great though, and so far my (very sensitive) skin hasn't reacted badly. Down with Nair, up with threading! YAY! :D

  • @canadianTURKified yes, dear, everyone has hair on their chin. Everyone has hair on their entire face, actually. The hair on your chin, lip, and eyebrows are thicker than the rest of your facial hair, just like men. Brunettes sometimes look like they have a very short beard or mustache just because the hair is darker than blondes.

  • I wish there could be a tutorial about this because I'm not near the salon for a course.

  • i just tried threading my eye brows for the first time, and it pretty hurts, but so did plukking the first time :) gl

  • threading, by far, is the most effective and safest way to remove the hair but, oh my GOD, does it hurt!

--on a side note, the woman in this video is gorgeous!

  • i already do threading of the chin

    and im only 15!

but is it wise to thread the face like hair on cheeks?

    will it leave any marks?

    shud i put cream/

    help plsz xxx

  • what kind of thread is good for threading? i used a coats& clark thread, and it kept on breaking while threading

  • Hey , i thread my eyebrows . & it kind of hurt the 1st time . so does threading your chin feel like threading your eye brows ? or does it hurt more ? please please answer me ! Thank You .

  • Chin is sensitive, like upper lip but not too bad. It is a very popular area to be threaded as many women get hair growth on the chin.

  • the threader is a profesional one. woulde please show us how to thread ourselves.

  • why is threading preferable over tweezing?

  • Well, to me, sometimes the tweezer is not fine enough to pull the short ones, but threading can cleaning up everything!!! I love it!

  • Threading obviously!

  • which do you prefer? please rate!

    waxing

    tweezing

    threading

    scissor/cut

    shave

something that doesn't hurt for thick eye browed people?? thank you!

  • Not at all. The chin is less sensitive than other areas, particularly the upper lip area.

  • is threading the chin painful

  • threading removes the entire hair even below the surface by removing the hair from its follicle (like tweezing).

  • Why not just use a sissors?
