what rpm is your dremel turning at and what grain is the sanding wheel?

My Dremel is "Mini Mite 750" and its sanding band is #408. I set it at Low because this dog gets scared of "High" noise.

Pocket is a whippet mix rescued from animal shelter. I am not sure what he is mixed with.
