The power that missed on original dragon ball was compensated in entertainment... It was more like a child's anime, very good.

And, since I'm a teen, I like fighting too, so what missed in dragon ball z of entertainment was compensated with the fighting, which is awesome...

So it's a really hard choice and I'd say they both match

@TheBer352 I watched db as a nine year old for the first time, and then didn't watch it again until I was 14. Then I went through dbz and dbgt. I didn't like gt, it focused too much on minor characters. Db was too childish even as a 9 year old, and it lacked a strong plot. They dragged on red ribbon way too long. Dbz had multiple plots inside it, so it was like seeing lots of shows at once with the same characters. I liked vegeta the best because of his pride mostly.
