@sativasms That isn't a note, note. It's an overdrive trigger. Whenever someone has stacked up enough Overdrive (that's the gold stuff for hitting the notes when they're white) then they get a fill (the green, yellow, red and blue bars where you can go nuts with a green at the end) hitting the green 'note' at the end activates overdrive/star power which is optional and doesn't reflect upon your final percentage.

The only difference between this video and IBitePrettyHard's is that IBPH does the Y-YY-G part with a left hand drag(R-LL-R, as opposed to R-RL-R). But don't get me wrong, this video is still downright awesome, especially the way he talks at the end.
