My other half got a medical discharge in 85 from the army for a torn shoulder muscle during bootcamp. . how do we replace lost dd214's, check his codes if this issue is applicable for that time frame?

I have a seperation code of MBK. I haven't finished this entire video yet (slow broadband) but I'm concerned. I'm a civilian now, and my dd214 doesn't note my Combat Infantryman's Badge. I have copies of my orders for CIB that I staple to my dd214. After Iraq, they just shuffled us all through to get our papers and any problems meant days or weeks of waiting for adjustments. I just wanted to get the hell out and go home so I accepted my flawed dd214.They did that to all of us in my unit. Shame.

I see that I have a seperation code of LBK. This was from my 2004 army DD214. Does this mean that I'm doomed?
