This is absolutely beautiful... Your voice gets across the various shades of emotions that Axl's lyrics contain but his voice doesn't reflect... It is incredibly to cover a Guns N Roses song without people turning against you but this is amazing...

On Axl and GNR, I can't help feeling you're right that Chinese Democracy might have been better received as a solo album but, GNR is what Axl wants to do. I personally think its a mistake for Axl to think that the GNR name is an asset. He's stubborn and perhaps afraid that another name wont enjoy success. All this kind of bad GNR energy kind of overshadows the good material he and his band are doing. Perhaps over time the album will receive greater recognition.

But I think I have the right to prefer UYI I and II and Chinese democracy rather than AFD, on a strictly musical point (specially when some songs on Chinese democracy have a Use your illusion feel to it, like Streets of dreams).
