I truly love the way this Ad has been put up, but for some reason I wish to find the idea between the lines on why they chose such a GUY for this kinda CHICK !!!

I tried it from all aspects - 1) May be they just want to lure our minds into the trick of Advertising it with a twist.... 2) Are Indian wives always having a problem of older n plumpy married men as husbands....?? Well I have no clue.. But in the end, a very cute ad, and a suitably cute music to it....

@ihmen Kinda messed up, but for the most part you are right. I know some couples that have the girl taller than the guy, but it seems odd. It might just be that we as a culture just see men as the alpha who must protect the physically inferior women. And I wouldn't say 5'7" is too short. One of my friends is about that height, and he's gotten more tail that most people I know.

However, I do agree that there is a 'cutoff' limit for guys and height

the cutoff limit is 5'6, im pretty sure. my friend shukri is 5'5, hes 28, owns his own business and wears the nicest clothes and has a nicer car than me, hes also the funniest guy i know. but no matter what he does, no woman will go out with him. my friend omri on the other hand, hes 6'1, no job, addicted to drugs, and he always have a girlfriend. its very messed up, but thats the way the world is.

First of all, the women your tall friend has had were there for the short run, and probably didn't lead to anything serious. This is due to the natural psychology animals have, which says that we must breed in order to keep our species alive. Since the 'stronger' men come off as 'bad boys', this is why they're more successful with the weaker women. The typical "nice guy" may show a weak spine
