This is actually pretty good. It's a nice little tribute, you pay good attention to the music, and I like the use of dialog to set the mood. Over all, good show.
I think I need to get a hold of Casanova; it looks awesome. :)
As for movie sword fights, I have many favorites. Two I can watch over and over are 1) the end fight in Shanghai Knights (Rathbone kicks ass!) and 2) Jet Li vs Anthony DeLongis in Fearless. (A Chinese wuxia swordsman vs a European swashbuckler. Short, but totally awesome.)
wasn't there also Zorro? Anyway, great. I liked it. My favorite parts are POTC and Monte-Christo. i don't know if it counts as a sword fight, but I also like Star Wars episode 3 fight in the End on Mustafar. That's a pretty good fight and cool moves. I practically know them all by heart. I am doing some fencong.
My fav. movie of all time, I know every line in that movie! But you forgot The three musketeers, The man in the iron mask and Romeo and Juliet and Hamlet!
Princess Bride, a classic and I beleive a bit from Man in the Iron Mask or perhaps it's Monte Cristo... I can't quite remember that one. I've scene it... Oh well. But the one your missing that you should ahve scene is Princess Bride.
Princess Bride, Count of Monte Cristo, Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves, Pirates of the Caribbean 1 & 2, LOTR: Fellowship of the Ring, Tristan and Isolde and Casanova.
But really I would prefer a more realistic approach It's much more likely that someone without prior training would win if they used unorthadoxed methods It's like me when I was younger and played chess I would move pieces around without a specific strategy but acted like I had one. The person would be trying to figure it out and move to block only to leave parts completely vulnerable
Nice job overall. It would have been nicer if it had clips from Rob Roy and the older 3 Musketeer movies. Those 2 had some of the most awesome sword fight scenes ever.
What's the name of this song??

Women are sexy when they know how to fence better than the men (who've probably trained all their loves!)
