You should rasterize the text layer and then go to Filter>Distort>Spherize, set it to about 50% and then choose the "Vertical Only" mode. That will make it look like the button is rounded and the text wraps around it.

Hey, nice tutorial, but did you ever try Cool Button Designer? I can do button like in this tutorial using Cool Button Designer like under 2 minutes and I dont need no photoshop. Google for Cool Button Designer, they have a trial.
