@brunocolbyjacob Learn the rules man, he did touch the ball but didn't set both feet or a knee/shoulder/back/head inbounds, therefore he got the ball out of bounds= penalty for kicking team. I am 100% sure, I've refereed games in the summers and have seen this happen twice in the NFL now.

FYI That is a penalty and the Bills would get the ball at the 40. I know what you are trying to do but it just didn't work that time. The Bills player touched the ball but didn't set both feet inside the field, if he makes 1 step inbounds but 1 out of bounds it is still a penalty for the kicking team. Nice try though.
