@MrJordanbro ok soooo i havent played in a long tiiiiime but at the main menu where you choose like new game or load game hold l1,2 and r1,2 and rotate the analog sticks and it should say "DEVIL..MAY...CRY" then start and it will let you choose a costume choose the one where he has a purple haze gowing around him while he is wearing the red coat

two easy ways to get the power elevator blue orb ... easy way shotgun and gunslinger ... easiest way use trickster to run up the side pillers the enemies just dissappear ... it's cheap but so dang easy

I'm pretty sure the switch doesn't run out of energy. It falls indeed because of the 'weight' of too many monsters. You don't have to kill the enemies, actually, it's very hard as they're devil triggered. You just have to knock them out; the easiest way to do it legitimately is with the shotgun. You can also perform a glitch with trickster by running up the walls, causing the all enemies currently on the platform to disappear.

You have A LOT more paitence then me, I quit this after the 3rd time on that elevator. I just picked the game back up today.... Beat it my first try.... Great game non-the-less.
