that film is almost exactly how i'd imagine you'd do one, feathers - it's the same effect your art delivers (or inflicts, dependin') when a person experiences each piece inworld...IF they experience it and don't just 'look at it', anyway. well done. very well done. :o)
As I like to see the Avatars as part of the message I would have been thankfull more to see of the "feather machine" of Feathers Boa as this touches so many levels back to Jean Pauls "Menschen sind Maschinen der Engel" of 1785 or later on "Welt am Draht" of Rainer Werner Fassbinder of 1973 (based on Simulacron-3 by Daniel F. Galouye).
As the video is made in Virtual Reality its a must to explore the work by walking, otherwise you will get not the expierience Feathers Boa ist talking about.
The imagery, the soft little voice in the background saying, "Help Me," and the words spoke and written. The sound editing, your avatar, and your artwork is superb. Thank you!
brilliant, The art, the music, the words, the video, all great. I really love this way of exhibiting virtual art. I have been trying to do it for BiW this just inspires me to reach higher. thank you all
Thanks so much! I messed around a lot with environment settings in Emerald viewer when I did the captures. It helps add mood and tone. Jacque used off the shelf software for editing and compositing. He wanted to make it look unique and not like the usual machinima. So there was alot of editing.
