  • where did you get the paddles? I have been looking cause i go real 4x4ing and i always bring my rc( not saying i hate rc cause i love rc) but the place is so sandy so i need some paddles. Can you help me?

  • needs more power, or try trimming down the blades on the paddles. It will float on the sand a lot better and not kill your battery so bad. Great video! Thanks for sharing! Love the Rubicon Body, looks great!

  • @Autophysn Thanks, but this is just a rock crawler that I happened to test some paddles on because we stopped at the beach. Too many people seem to think this was a serious or purposeful event. I have sand buggies, rock crawlers, road racers, etc. this was just for fun cuz the wheels were available. The jeep is back to rock crawling and the paddles are on other rigs made for sand and speed.

  • @587den007 Ah! Makes total sense! Great Video! Thanks for sharing!

  • gracias buena esa

  • cual es el nombre de la música la primera en sonar

  • @qbexsebas La música es "Wipe-out".

  • hey guys... where can i get a set of real paddle tires for a buggy??? looked all over and nuthin. i need a set for sand scorcher and losi 1/10 scale buggy. still searching...

  • @losipoop if you are having a hard time at a local hobby shop, then you need to know what kind of rims you have. I would suggest buying rims and tires so that your not limited to just one type of terrain. Also check proline.com or tower hobbiess.

  • wtf music ??? great vid tho

  • @baptistedeschrevel I'm glad you liked the vid but decided to complain anyhow. Music is art. Art is objective. Never will everyone agree on musical choice. Complaining about it is the definition of insanity. How's that working out for you? Have you gotten anyone to change their music for you?

  • damn the suspension on that thing is awesome! Good looking RC man!

  • what size are the tiers 2.2?

  • @450hp202turbo Yes, 2.2, I've used them on some high speed rigs and they are great. They make some now that have a better scale appearance though, not sure about performance because paddle size is much smaller.

  • @587den007 2.2 look great on the jeep. i have a set of them paddles in 2.2 i never used on my slash .

    cheers mate

  • Just a bit of constructive criticism. You should have put the nearside tires on with the paddles reversed. Then, depending on your country of origin and which side of the road you currently drive on there, it would go round in circles one way or another much easier. Oh, and, if you want to be blown out of the water, use a boat next time. ;-)

  • @wordreet Take your meds...

  • @587den007 :¬D took the whole bottle just now!

  • even though the titile says "RC" I was just looking at the picture, it looks real. by the way, NICE TRUCK DUDE!

  • i really enjoyed the video. and that beach looks awesome

  • Very cool truck!

  • nice crawler it does nice on the flat areas but has trouble with the dunes

  • there not the best sand tyres, u want the scoop type

  • 3:17 awsome pic!

  • Wheel speed dude! Lol. (I'm just messin' with ya.) I actually think you needed heavier sand. That stuff is to much like power and offers no resistance to the paddles.

  • Awesome RC car! I like rock crawlers because there slow but extremely powerful!

  • it would be a cool duner with some mod's

  • that thing dosnt even compare to a real rc car, nitro would blow that thing out the water

  • @IAmDeltaChief You sir are a moron. OMFG! This is a rock crawler which I put paddle tires on for a simple test. Thats it. Yes I know it could use wheel speed, that is if I were to continue using it like you see it here. BUT I DON'T! I have RC cars that do 80mph+, elec., fuel, on road, off road. If you can't read or comprehend the caption info and replies to other idiot remarks like yours, then perhaps you should watch some other video. Too all of you strange people: IT DOESN'T NEED ANYTHING!

  • @587den007 yeah haha, its a crawler, its meant to be slow..

  • @587den007 actually deltachief is right . if it is a rockcrawler then go crawl some rocks. also what size scal is is?

  • @slimshadyman2009 Actually, I'm right... it was a test, nothing more. It crawls regularly and I have won many crawling events with it. You can both pack sand. LMAO It's not enough that you guys have no reading comprehension skills, but you have to make an ignorant statement to prove it!

  • @IAmDeltaChief you're a moron.

  • is this a toy or something by traxxas or hpi?

  • you do need more power and then it would shift sand quicker.

  • need more speed and a lipo if u dont have one

  • u need better acceleration :p

  • fail

  • put amamba max in that thing

  • cool video

  • put a bigger motor in an itl go loads better becuase you will shift more sand with the tyres so threfore u climb faster and further and its wont have time to bogg down

    10 to 12 turn motor

even if its a rock crawler

  • thats weak it cant make it up the freaking hill worst jeep ever my micro terrain titan can make it up that so can my hummer and my jeep

  • i yhought it was from wally world

  • GOOD

  • where did u get the paddle and wat are they called

  • looks great but sucks in the sand

  • has tourqe twist out the ass!

  • week

  • what you should try is taking off paddles and then putting on some m/ts with mini chains haha

  • the best way to clean the sand out of it is to use an industreal air compresser.

  • turn ur paddles around does it go better in reverse tire backwards on rim

  • get a bruhles and then get a lipo batteri and the gat the paddal tires on it then is wat it can do

  • good padles i have them but get biger pinion gear and moter

  • Good choice of music

  • what chassis is that and what body???

  • i like the paddle tires but i think a little more wheel speed will help out in the sand

  • NICE LOOKING TRUCK

  • those paddle tires are a waste of money

  • longboring

  • what kind of truck is this

  • needs a larger engine

  • Very scale. Cool.

  • Beast truck i got a baja 5b 2.0 but i love a good electric to get dirty

  • Thats gotta be the slowest rc truck I ever saw.

  • no it isnt buy one from walmart

  • suxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

  • i got those on my rc traxxas nitro and they are beast

  • This is a really boring video.

  • you need to go brushless.

  • i totally agree with you

  • Great looking rig! You'll have way more fun with a touch more wheel speed available. Where was video taken?

  • thats not a rubicon

  • where did you get the Paddles

  • very cool and i'd agree about the bigger tires, where'd you get it at?

  • badasss! i would just say bigger paddles and brushless and that thing would be a fucking monster!

  • have you tried these in fresh snow yet?

  • its a hip crawl king but the paddles r not stock with the rc

  • 1:48 lol u dug yourself a hole

  • lol awsome. TAMIYA?

  • What brand and model RC is this. Looks real.

  • haha thats so funny making the pile of sand behind you going up the hill lol

  • i saw one for18 bucks buy it now on ebay

  • SICK!!!

  • paddles require wheel speed to work just gear it faster or a lower turn motor

  • haha 3:14 - 3:29 impressive

  • ya your paddles are backwards

  • no there not can tell you have never had an rc dumb shit

  • no there not, take a closer look

  • i wish i had some thing like that but i have a gas powerd car and rubicon body but not the paddle wheels nice touch

  • your paddles are on backwords

  • no they're not

  • Maybe you should have run the paddles reversed, it seemed to work great when you backed up.

  • Did you also notice that when backing up it was going downhill? Amazing huh? LMAO!

  • Jeez just putting in some humorous suggestions. Guess I wont try that again.

  • It surely made me laugh! Humorous or obvious?

  • @587den007 its also hard to see the slant. whats the angle your on?

  • very cool vid. Here's my questions. After running on the sand how do the nylon gears hold up? How much sand got into the motor? did you check the axles to see if any sand got into them?

I have been afraid of taking mine to the sand due to my questions. Oh what turn is your motor? mine is 35 and it looks like it's operating about like yours.

  • I run in mud, water and sand all the time. That's where the fun is! Electronics are water proofed. Never any prob. Motor cleans out easily. Axles get dismantled and cleaned out about twice a year. No dirt ever in the pumpkins. Yes, motor is 35. I have since run a lipo pack and it will haul ass. There are many people now running high gearing with brushless and lipo. They are so fast they barely touch the ground. You can get all metal replacement gears for the drive train and it holds up fine.

  • my god at the self absorbed pricks thrown down crap on you! cool rig looked like lots of fun.. i wish i had some sand near me i would have my CRAWLER key word pricks..... runnin n the sand every now and then too!

  • nice crawler

    good scale truck

  • you need more rpm`s for sand

  • looks like a lot of fun

  • I have a rc truck and its a couple years old or more its got sand paddles and it goes 5 times faster than your rc truck on sand good vid

  • Well, as I mentioned in an earlier reply (some of you can't read, I guess) This is a rock crawler. The wheels were an experiment. It was not intended to be fast. I own rigs that go very fast. NOT THE FREAKING POINT! I just finished the crawling competition season here in first place (on Flat Iron tires). It absolutely amazes me how many dorks feel it is necessary to make a stupid or negative comment about how fast it doesn't go! Get over yourselves and go watch someone else's videos.

  • Well said mate. Nice truck :)

  • Comment removed

  • thats so weak compared to a fg/hpi baja lol

  • Where did u get the tires from ???

Will they fit the tamiya highlift?

    Please answer

  • The paddle tires are standard fit for any 2.2 rim. You cab get them from most any hobby shop. There are even a couple brands and styles. My memory is that the Tamiya Highlift uses 1.9 rims and tires. Using a larger tire and wheel might cause some clearance problems. It would also have the same performance issues as the Jeep in my video because of slow speed. Paddle tires require a minimum amount of wheel speed to work properly.

  • thanx alot

  • u need more speed less weight i realize its a crawler

  • is that a v8 ?

  • electric..

  • what truck is that

  • try little bigger tires with large paddles

  • Put some 5.13 gears in it and that bad boy will move!

  • i can play this song its fun on percussion (snare and xylophone)

  • that things goin next to nowhere thats how slow it is -_-

  • what motor r u useing and can u air that out?

  • just a stocker 27T motor would make this do somewhat well. The people suggesting brushless for a truck with a plastic tranny, driveline, and axles have a screw loose. Putting a 19T would start to strain things, even in sand.

  • could these kind of trucks handle brushless

  • no hell no

  • Many crawlers using brushless these days with no issues.

  • that would be the badest jeep ever if you went brushless and geared it alot higher!

  • This is the deal guys... This is a scale crawling competition rig. I'm holding down first or second place in my state with it right now. I know more wheel speed would make a difference in this application, but this was just a fun experiment with the paddles. I'm not going to modify a top running crawler in the middle of the season. So... thanks for the tip but I'm well aware. Maybe when the comp season is over I'll risk the tranny for some brushless action.

  • You need allot more wheel speed

    But great vid man

    c",)

  • BTW They use AX-10´s in Finland with 7T BL motors

    look at RcLegionProducts videos

  • only slightly better than watching paint dry.

  • RC radio control

heey where you get those one a jeeps

  • What RC is that?

  • nice i have an rc jeep. i use it in my dirt bike trail.

  • That is a sweet jeep man, ax-10 i'm guessing, and Dran4444 is right, brushless on a ax-10 trany would just flat out eat gears.

  • Very nice scale rig. If you haddent had the word RC in the vid title it would have taken quite awhile until I relized it wasnt a real jeep.

  • put a brushless motor in it with a lipo battery that thing would be bad ass.

  • the transmission would be GONE lol

  • Killer ride!

  • song?!?

  • thing needs more speed for those tires

  • Sweet!

    Have fun out there.

    OIIIIIIIO

  • nice formula off road scale ,cool!
